“Where I come from in Kent , England , sheep breeding programs are regularly achieving 250% lambing percentage.

I could not believe it when I came to Australia to discover that sheep breeders were satisfied with the national average of 82% .

In England we would be asking ourselves where we went wrong if this is all we achieved during the year. The dramatic on farm profit improvement with higher lambing percentages as a result of using ultra sound in genetic selection of the breeding herd represents money in the bank.”
